AFFORDABLY CHIC
The financial assistance we received to build Ruxton was used to reduce the overall cost of our project, allowing us to charge lower rents to residents who qualify under WHEDA’s program.

Other than income qualification for certain units, Ruxton functions like any other market-rate apartment community: Tenants must pay their own rent and utilities. Speak to our leasing agent to review the specifics of the program.

GET WIRED

Every apartment at Ruxton includes an internet connection free of charge. Need more speed? A super-fast fiber optic data package is available to all Ruxton residents at a highly discounted rate. Internet is delivered to each unit via a private ethernet outlet in the living room. Use the outlet for a single device or plug in a wireless router to power-up your entire unit. Please contact management for current information on speeds.

WE LOVE PETS
At Ruxton, you can keep up to two pets in your apartment—and we won’t even count the fish!

But as it goes, we want to avoid any issues with pets and most importantly, we want everyone to enjoy their home.Our pet policy is enforced for everyone’s safety andquality of life. You can always get in touch with a leasing agent for more information.

RUXTON PET POLICY

• Additional pet deposit required
• Two pet max per apartment
• One dog only, up to 35-pound maximum
• High risk breeds strictly prohibited (ask for a list)
• All pets must be on a leash at all times
• Strict noise policy enforced
• Clean up after your pets (clean up kiosk provided)
